You can do this NOW and create a more integrated relationship with your body, mind and spirit through Restorative Yoga and meditation.
This is the time to change your connection to self awareness and focus on the steps you want to take to make the best out of your present situation – and access more rest and relaxation.

This series starts November 17th @ 6pm to 7:15pm. The series is run online and you will have access to 4 weekly classes and a recording for up to one week after class.
